Signature Confirmation Orders shipped
to alternate address, or another address rather than the cardholders
billing address, will be shipped
with signature confirmation. $3 fee will be added to your order.
$5 if by UPS.
Orders over $100 shipping by USPS we may add signature
confirmation at our expense. This will be indicated with
shipment notice. We do this to insure your package gets to
you. Not lost after delivery when insurance no longer covers your
package.
Spinning and
Weaving Equipment, Heavy or oversized items, will
ship direct from the manufacturer or U.S. distributor.
Shipping quoted on shopping cart is for orders shipped from Washington
state. Equipment that is shipped direct will be adjusted to cost
to ship to your address from Schacht (Colorado), Strauch (Virginia), or
Kromski (Georgia). Adjusted ship charge will be e-mailed if
higher than quoted when ordering for confirmation by purchaser.
If posted Shipping is Free for Small Looms or Spinning Wheel. This
is limited to shipments to continental U.S. shipped by ground, shipped directly from the
manufacturer or U.S. distributor.
Equipment with manufacturer defect must be returned to the manufacturer
for repair or replacement. Contact Elizabeth for details on how to
make your return. In the many years of doing business with
Ashford, Strauch, Schacht or Kromski I have yet to have a problem with
manufacturer defects, but just in case be assured your equipment will be
repaired or replaced if this occurs.
For orders made
on line. You should receive
automatic order confirmation soon after completing your order. If you do not
receive order confirmation, perhaps your e-mail was entered
incorrectly or your mail is blocked.
Please e-mail
us with your correct e-mail and we will send you a copy of your
order. We will contact you by e-mail if there are any questions or
problems with your order. We will only contact you by phone
if absolutely necessary. Shipment notice will be e-mailed when order
is shipped.
Terms By placing an order
you, the Purchaser, acknowledge
that your order is a legally binding contract and
Purchaser has the ability and resolve to complete the
transaction. Payment is due as soon as practical after
receipt of invoice by e-mail, with total due, but in no case
longer than 5 days if mailing a check or money order, unless other arrangements are mutually agreed
upon. If payment is not received within 5 days, your order will
not be held.
Elizabeth's Fiber & Yarn (AKA Barkas Farm) will not be responsible for order once
shipped. Packages shipped include insurance, delivery or signature
confirmation. You will be e-mailed the tracking number when your
package ships. It includes a link where your can check delivery
status of your order. If order is received damaged, do not open or accept
from shipper, ask them to return to sender. If you find damage after opening, contact us
immediately indicating problems so claim against insurance can be made.
Be sure to save all the packing materials and contents.
Typographical Errors
In the event a product is listed at an incorrect
price or with incorrect information due to typographical error or error
in pricing or product information received from our suppliers,
Elizabeth's Fiber & Yarn shall have the right to refuse or cancel any
orders placed for product listed at the incorrect price.

Order
Acceptance Policy
Barkas Farms, Elizabeth's Fiber & Yarn- reserves the right at any time
after the receipt of your order to accept or decline your order for any
reason. Your receipt of an electronic or other form of order confirmation does
not signify our acceptance of your order, nor does it constitute
confirmation of our offer to sell.
Telephone Numbers & Valid e-mail
Ordering without phone numbers or invalid e-mail submitted with order will delay
processing. If we can't contact you regarding your order,
your order will be cancelled. Even if your phone
number is unlisted please submit with order. You will not be
contacted by telephone unless absolutely necessary. Communication
will always be done by e-mail first. We respect your
privacy and you will not receive a solicitation call as a result of
providing your telephone number to us.
Blocking your e-mail? If you use spam filters, our messages
regarding your order may not get to you. Be sure to unblock
our e-mail address or use an e-mail address when ordering that is not
blocked.

Personal checks
Due to excessive delay for bank check clear and the fees charged by the
bank for NSF non sufficient funds. Checks are no longer accepted.
U. S. Postal or Western Union Money Orders are accepted.

Payment
by Discover, Visa, American Express or Master Card and you later refuse payment, this is a
charge back. If documentation is provided
your order was delivered to the cardholder's billing address or alternate address you
specified,
you will be assessed the charge back fee of $40, This
fee is charged to the merchant each time you question any credit
card charge on your bill, so contact the merchant in question before
contacting your credit card company.
Orders that are charged backed will not be
submitted again for payment thru credit or debit card.
Your
order will revert to UNPAID plus the chargeback fee
of $40. Payment is expected immediately by Western Union
or U.S. postal money order.
Advise payment is on its way.
Unpaid bills over 14 days will be submitted to collection.
In over ten years of business I only have had one customer
refuse payment. Thankfully this is rare! |
