Special Order? 

As a service, Elizabeth will special order items that are not currently in her stock. 

Offering the entire line of yarns available by our suppliers, by special order.   Do not expect to receive these special yarns quickly,  it takes time to get yarns from the mills and distributors.   We do this as a service for those that want a specific yarn or color.   Some yarn companies only sell their yarn in bags of 10 skeins, same color and dye lot.   This is indicated in the web catalog.

Special order sales can take up to 4 weeks for processing.  Shipment notice will be e-mailed when shipment on its way to you. 

Rush Order Requests:  Leave details in message area or e-mail after ordering with instructions.  You will be assessed a $15 Rush Fee PLUS Cost to Ship.  Your yarn order will be called in by next business day.   Elizabeth's Fiber & Yarn does not have any control how long it takes for the Manufacturer or Yarn Distributor to ship out.   Usually they ship out within days if it is in stock.   If back ordered will advise ASAP.

Special Order Yarn Sales are Final. 

Payment must be made in advance for special order yarns.    Payment by credit/debit card, amount will be pre approved before we will special order for you.   Payment will be completed when yarn is actually on its way to you.  If debit card, be sure to enter this into your check register so the funds are available at time of shipping.   

When ordering yarn be sure you enter the CORRECT YARN SHADE NUMBER.   Indicating a color is helpful with the number.  Example if you indicate yellow but the shade number your entered is red,  we would catch that before ordering from the yarn distributor.  But if you enter black and the shade is a blue black or some other dark shade, we would interpret that you want a dark shade.     If you are not sure the shade appears on your monitor correctly, leave a detailed message what color you want so we can double check your selection.    If you receive your yarn and the shade is not what you wanted.    Were sorry, but we will not be responsible for numbers enter incorrectly resulting in a shade you do not want.  Don't get crazy, I am sure the Yarn Goddess has other plans for a future project.

Backorders:    Back orders can take many months.    We will let you know by e-mail  as soon as we know if any part of your order is back ordered or discontinued.    It is not always possible to know what is back ordered at the time we order from the manufacture/distributor.   If your order contains multiple colors or multiple bags, we will ship what is currently available and confirm by e-mail if you wish to keep the backorder on file.  

Yarns by Henry's Attic & Ashland Bay Trading vary in weight (difference can be an ounce or two).   Will be adjusted to actual weight of the yarn at shipping.   We can not accept orders of these yarns paid using Paypal as adjusting the amount is not possible.

CANCEL ORDER    If already been shipped from us, the mill or distributor can not be cancelled, exchanged or returned.

Inventory is indicated in the shopping cart.  Item's in stock, are not special orders.
