Free Shipping on Spinning Wheels or Looms as indicated that ship direct from distributor/manufacturer by UPS ground (cont. U.S.), Order Separately by Manufacturer. Pay by Visa, Master Card, Check or Money order. Choose the Free Ship Option when checking out. Select: Pickup at Seller's Location to get you through the shopping cart. Unless you leave a message that you actually want to pick up I will assume you want the wheel or loom shipped directly to you for Free. Will e-mail shipping details when equipment is on its way to you.

Ship Calculation for orders placed online through the catalog...

Calculation is done by total weight for a single shipment. Giving you the option of different shipping methods.

Shipments over $50 are shipped insured and this is included in the online ship quote.* Orders under $50 and you want insurance added, indicate this when ordering.

*If you don't want me to ship your order insured, make payment by money order and leave message when ordering to recalculate your total without the insurance.

Package handling & Delivery Confirmation, included in ship quote: First Class ($2.13) All other shipments ( $1.13).

Signature Confirmation: Alternate Shipping Address or if you request to add at ordering. USPS $2.10, UPS $4.25 (these amounts are not reflected in ship quote when ordering, but will be added before your order is shipped)

Multiple shipments: Shipping charges will be calculated at cost when shipped.

Will use Flat Rate Priority Box or Priority envelope whenever possible. Ideal for small heavy items, books, wool wash, etc. that will fit in flat rate box. Or shipments of many pattern sheets, magazines, etc. Select USPS shipper when checking out. Pay through Elizabeth's merchant account: Visa or Master Card, will adjust rate at ship time. No adjustment can be made for payment through Paypal.

Closeout items are subject to full shipping charges. If your order of Closeout items is over $100 discount does not apply. If you are paying through Paypal, please ask to bill you, rather than underpaying on shipping costs.

If you encounter a ship charge that seems out of line, it is possible there is a coding error on something ordered. Leave a message when ordering if you think the ship rate is excessive or send e-mail with details.

Special Order Yarn or Video that may use a different shopping cart. Shipping is calculated by order amount. This amount is an estimate for ground shipping - actual ship rate for your package will be applied when shipped. Orders over $100 will be either shipped by UPS or if by U.S. Post, signature confirmation will be added. Your order will be shipped by least expensive method. If you have preference of shipper, indicate this when ordering in message area. Most items can be shipped direct from supplier/distributor, there is a charge for this service. If you wish order expedited, leave instructions when ordering.

MAIL THEFT? If you are having problems with mail theft, insurance only covers packages while in transit. I have had a few customers try to get out of paying for their order for packages that have been delivered and there is proof with delivery confirmation. Once delivered to your mail box or shipment address and your order is lost or stolen Elizabeth's Fiber & Yarn is no longer responsible for your order. Rather than add signature confirmation to every shipment - It is your responsibility to ask for signature confirmation when ordering, get a post office box or have your order delivered to a secure location, example where you work or a friend that is home during the day. Postal signature confirmation will be added: US post $2.10, by UPS $4.25.

Error Message? Occasionally there are problems getting through the cart. If this happens to you send your order and credit card details through my secure message area Link to: Secure Message Board Indicate what you wish to order, Cardholder name, cardholder's address, card number, exp. date, and CVC I will assume you want shipping by least expensive unless you indicate preference when ordering. I will put the order through for you, expect order confirmation by e-mail by next business day.

Orders of books only can ship USPS book rate mail (continental U.S. only). Book rate mail is less expensive than shipping by parcel post or UPS. Orders of Magazines only can ship by printed matter. Leave a message when ordering if you want Book Rate or Printed Matter Mail.

Alternate address. With payment with credit/debit card we can only ship to the cardholder. Shipping to cardholder other than at the cardholders billing address? Ships with signature Confirmation at cost of service. $2.10 will be added to your total if shipped by Post, $4.25 if shipped by UPS.

Local and wish to pick up your order. Leave a message when ordering and when you want to pick up. Select a ship charge to get you through the cart. This charge will be deducted at pick up.

Spinning Wheel, large or special order equipment & Looms - Order Separately by manufacturer!

Shopping cart will ask you to select a shipper, select UPS ground. Order looms or wheels that ship direct from manufacturer separately. If you are in AK, HI or outside the U.S. e-mail will be sent with adjusted ship charge before processing your order. Free shipping is excluded to shipments to AK HI or outside the U.S.

Large Loom ships by Freight - we will pay the freight within the continental U.S. address if paid with check or money order.

Online shopping cart calculates shipping cost from Washington state.

Heavy Equipment that is shipped direct from the Manufacturer: Schacht in Colorado, Kromski in North Carolina, Strauch in Virginia. The shipping calculated through the shopping cart orders will be incorrect and may even be less. Shipping will be calculated by least expensive UPS ground shipping, unless you leave a message you require a specific shipper. Will e-mail you with the adjusted ship charge if cost is actually higher than indicated for confirmation before processing your order.

INSURANCE? Damages? Rifling? Save all packaging, e-mail Elizabeth explaining problem. Order under $50 and you didn't indicate to add insurance when you ordered? No claim can be made.

Insurance Claim will be submitted to shipper by Elizabeth's. Claims on insurance for packages not delivered can not be submitted until 30 days has passed.

Once delivered, insurance no longer applies to mail delivered by USPS. If you are having problems with mail being lost or stolen at your address, direct your post office not to leave packages unattended, have your mail sent to a P.O. box address, or ask to add signature confirmation at ordering.

Packages that have been delivered are no longer covered by insurance. Lost or Stolen packages after delivery can not be claimed for refund or replacement.

My order has shipped, but not delivered When your package ships, e-mail shipment notice with delivery information will be sent. This includes a link to either track your shipment or check the delivery.

Express, Priority and First Class shipments ship next day of order, excluding weekends and holidays.

Number of Days for Delivery in transit. exclude shipment date, weekends and holidays.

1-2 Express Mail

1-3 days for Priority Mail

2-5 days for First Class Mail

5-9 for Parcel Post, Book Rate Mail

5-7 days UPS Ground

If your order is not delivered, check your tracking as packages may be waiting for you at your post office or require your signature.

If still shown as not delivered after sufficient time, advise Elizabeth by e-mail. If undeliverable, the package will return to Elizabeth's. After 30 days and your package is not delivered, insurance claim can be made. Depending on what was ordered, replacement order will be shipped or will refund.

Items being shipped direct (large tools, spinning wheels, looms) are ordered by the next business day. We can request to expedite your order, but we can not guarantee your order will be shipped immediately.

Looms, spinning wheels order separately by Manufacturer. They need to be invoiced separately and shipped direct from the manufacturer or distributor. Ashford and Kromski are generally available, so expect within 10 business days. Schacht wheels and large looms are made to order, ship delay can be over 1 month. You will be advised of shipping times after ordering.

If your package is returned as undeliverable. If package was not picked up at your local post office before USPS returned, we will attempt to contact you for further instructions. If we don't hear from you, stocked items will be credited less restocking fee and shipping costs.

UPS, delivery requires complete street address. Including apartment number, space or suite. If UPS has to search your address, $5 will be assessed to the shipping charge.

Alaska, Hawaii. Do not select ground shipping when checking out. Ground shipping by UPS is only available within the continental U.S. USPS Parcel Post to Alaska or Hawaii can take months.

Temporary out of stock items or special order requests? If your order contains items that are currently not in our stock, shipping will be delayed up to 4 weeks. Most items can be expedited but you need to let us know if you need Rush and will see what can be done.

Rush-Expedited Shipping Available for items that are in-stock ready to ship. Shipments will go out next business day of order. Not all shipping options are listed in ship calculator. If you need a different ship option not listed, indicate these details when you order in message area.
