Cancellation Policy

Product Problems

Wrong item ordered    How to make a return.  Refunds subject to restocking fee.

Not Returnable   Special Orders, Copyright material, samples (shade cards, 1 oz fibers)

 

Items returned after 15 days, lost in transit, damaged or returned without return authorization will not receive credit or refund.   

Obtain RETURN ORDER AUTHORIZATION before returning. 

Sales are Final on Special Orders, Samples, Books & Videos.

Cancellation Policy
If you want to cancel an order all you need to do is send us an email A.S.A.P.   Be sure to include your name, email address, shopper id number, if available, and the product that you want to cancel or change.   If your order has not been shipped, but has been processed and charged to your credit/debit card, there is a 5% cancellation fee, minimum $5.   

Special Orders i.e. Yarn, Spinning Wheel & wheel options, Loom &/or loom options,  Once ordered from our suppliers can not be cancelled.

Product Problems

Examine your order as soon as you receive to be sure order is correct and/or working correctly.   Item will be replaced that is defective in materials, workmanship or which does not perform correctly.  

Contact Elizabeth's before returning for authorization. 

Return item ASAP, well packed, postage paid and include insurance or delivery confirmation.   Items will not be considered for replacement or refund without receipt of the item. 

If your item can not be replaced or repaired within 30 days after receipt of your return you have the option of waiting until we can or receiving a refund on the item. 

Equipment with manufacturer defect must be returned to the manufacturer for repair or replacement.  Contact Elizabeth for details on how to make your return.  In the many years of doing business with Ashford, Strauch, Schacht or Kromski I have yet to have a problem with manufacturer defects, but just in case be assured your equipment will be repaired or replaced if this occurs.

All tools and items presented on this web site do not include any form of warranty unless specified in description for that item.

Wrong Item ordered?  Change your mind?  We will accept the return of any stocked product within 15 days of shipping. 

See items that are not returnable and indicate you want store credit or refund.  

To receive credit for the returned goods do the following:

  • e-mail for a return authorization.

  • Include all instructions, accessories, packing materials and a copy of your invoice. 

  • Indicate with return you want refund or store credit.  

  • Be positive the product will arrive here in new, undamaged condition.   It is recommended to ship insured.   If order not received or damaged then we cannot offer credit.

Not returnable.  Anything that is designated: Special Order.  Spinning wheel, Weaving loom, parts or options (unless manufacturer defect).   Shade Cards, Fiber and Yarn Samples.   Items subject to copyright laws: VHS Videos,  Software, DVD's, Books or Patterns.    Opened sealed packages.    Partial yarn skeins, spun or re-carded fibers or yarn cones.  

 

Return for Store Credit:  Once we have everything back in original, resalable condition, we will issue store credit voucher by e-mail for the purchase price less any shipping costs we may of paid.  

To use your store credit, Enter the Voucher Code (that will be e-mailed to you) in the online shopping cart the next time you order.  Voucher Box is located on the first page of order form towards the bottom.    Use your credit promptly.

 

Return for Refund:  Refund is subject to 15% restocking fee, $5 minimum.   Once we have everything back in original, resalable condition.   Will refund for the purchase price less any shipping costs we may of paid.   Refund will be credited back to the method you used to make original payment.  

 

If you do not indicate with your return if you want store credit or refund.  Will assume you wish a refund.
