Cancellation
Policy
If
you want to cancel an order all you need to do is send us an email
A.S.A.P. Be sure to include your name, email address,
shopper id number, if available, and the product that you want
to cancel or change. If your order has
not been shipped, but has been processed and charged to your credit/debit
card, there is a 5% cancellation fee, minimum $5.
Special Orders i.e. Yarn, Spinning Wheel
& wheel options, Loom &/or loom options,
Once ordered from our suppliers can not be
cancelled.
Product Problems
Examine your order
as soon as you receive to be sure order is correct and/or working
correctly. Item will be replaced that is defective in materials, workmanship
or which does
not perform correctly.
Contact Elizabeth's before returning
for authorization.
Return item ASAP, well packed, postage paid and include insurance or
delivery confirmation. Items will not be considered for
replacement or refund without receipt of the item.
If your item can not be
replaced or repaired within 30 days after receipt of your return you have the option of waiting
until we can or receiving a refund on the item.
Equipment with manufacturer defect must be returned to the
manufacturer for repair or replacement. Contact Elizabeth for
details on how to make your return. In the many years of doing
business with Ashford, Strauch, Schacht or Kromski I have yet to have
a problem with manufacturer defects, but just in case be assured your
equipment will be repaired or replaced if this occurs.
All tools and items presented on this web site do not
include any form of warranty unless specified in description for that
item.
