Leave credit card information on secure server when ordering online. Your order details are not secure, as you will receive an auto reply of your order by return e-mail. The area where you do leave your credit/debit card details is secure. If still concerned, one of the payment options is telephoning your card details after ordering.

Indicate order number, Cardholders name, cardholders billing address, number, expiration date, card verification number.

Cardholders details must match exactly in order to be approved for payment. If your order is denied for payment or if your address can not be verified, your order will be delayed and you will be notified by e-mail regarding the problem.

For online and mail/phone orders we will only ship to cardholder. This policy is to protect both the cardholder and the merchant from credit card fraud. Click to Alternate Ship address details.

Equipment is shipped by UPS ground and requires a physical address that can be verified through your issuing bank. If you require shipment to a Postal address, additional shipping charges, if any, will be added.

Money order to Elizabeth's Fiber & Yarn, 24914 112th St. E, Buckley, WA 98321. Orders will only be held for 5 days without receipt of payment.

Payment by check: Sorry, due to delay to clear a check and the bank fee for bad check deposits. All types of checks are no longer accepted.

NOTE: If you do not enter the correct cardholders billing address when ordering and the address does not match when we try to process your card, the amount charged will go against your credit limit or if a debit card your bank balance. We will notify you of this address discrepancy, but if we do not receive the correct address the same day, we will remove the transaction from our terminal and will need to re submit your card once we get the correct billing address from you. The original transaction will drop off your account after a few days.
