alternate address. International orders
asking to ship to a different address will not be processed with
payment made with a credit or debit card.
Address Verification: Many addresses outside the U.S, cannot
be confirmed because most international bank card platforms do not
support methods to do so. Due to risk of online fraud to the
purchaser we will only process orders where this information can be
confirmed. If your issuing bank
will not confirm you will be advised by e-mail ASAP.

Due to excessive amount of fraudulent international orders
placed through the online shopping cart. Orders are
limited to the United States, Canada and select countries.

calculating your shipping when ordering and you wish to continue

How can I make Payment if I can't use
my card? Cash transfers by Western Union.
Any fees are the responsibility of the purchaser.
Not Accepted: Payment through Paypal or
any type of paper payment such as check or money order.
What is the cost to ship? Calculation is done by total weight for a
single shipment shipped by Post or UPS. This calculation
only includes the shipping rate, it does not includes any tariff or
shipper brokerage fee that may be charged at delivery.

First class international mail.
Understand this can take many weeks for
delivery.
First Class shipments can not be
insured. Elizabeth's Fiber & Yarn will not be
responsible for lost or damaged packages shipped by First Class
International Mail. Priority mail shipments are shipped
insured.

If sending payment through Western Union, e-mail when payment
has been made. Don't rely on Western Union letting us know
there is a payment waiting for pick up.
