Unconfirmed Address is an address that PayPal hasn’t been able to
reliably associate with the PayPal account holder. There are
many reasons why a buyer’s legitimate address may be Unconfirmed.
For example:

may have recently added the new address to the PayPal account.

buyer lives in a country where address confirmation is not
available. (At this time, only addresses in Canada, the United
Kingdom and United States can be Confirmed.)
If your
Paypal account is cash funded, not funded by a credit/debit card,
then we can use the cash Paypal option (avoiding credit - debit
card potential problems). When ordering leave
a message "Cash Funded Paypal". At checkout select Bill my
Paypal and Elizabeth will send Payment request.
Ship Calculation
for orders placed online through the catalog...
Calculation is done by total weight for a single shipment. Shipments over $50 are shipped insured
and this is included in the online ship quote.* Orders under $50
and you want insurance added, indicate this when ordering.
*If you don't want me to ship your
order insured, make payment by money order and leave message when ordering
to recalculate your total without the insurance.
Package handling: $5 is
included in ship quote when ordering from the catalog. This
fee helps defray the costs of additional fees in accepting international
payment, required international shipment forms and hand delivery to post office
for mailing.
