Best to Order Online.
By ordering online, your order, e-mail and mailing address is as you
intended. Special need, question? You can leave a message with your order. If you are not comfortable
leaving card details on the secure server, order online and then telephone the
card details
later during phone hours.
Occasionally there are problems getting through the cart. If
this happens to you send your order and credit card details
through my secure message area Link to:

Indicate what you
wish to order, Cardholder name, cardholder's address, card number, exp.
date, and
CVC I will assume you want ground shipping unless you indicate
preference when ordering.

Use the Shopping cart-
You will be able to submit or change your order easily.
Your order is not complete until you have submitted payment information
and received an auto reply of your completed order.
Hint
- Use your browsers back button to continue
shopping.
Indicate missing
information, color, details, discounts, ship book rate mail, special
handling, etc. In the Message box, or send e-mail message after
ordering.
If you need to change amounts ordered, you need to click
"recalculate" before clicking "go to payments."

Once you are done shopping, click "go to payments" and complete your
order.
Fill out the
payment details. You will then receive an automated response by e-mail.
The area where
you leave card details is secure.

How do I know if you have what I want in stock? Items in stock
are shown as inventory in catalog. Most heavy equipment is not
stocked, but shipped direct from the manufacturer or distributor. Special
Orders, are not in stock. If you need a rush on items not in stock, leave
a message when ordering or e-mail your requirements after ordering.
You are asked when
ordering what to do if anything is out of stock. You indicate if
you want to cancel order, cancel item out of stock and ship remaining or hold
and ship order complete. Shipping indicated when ordering is for single
shipment. Multiple shipments will be shipped at cost to ship. |

If you don't receive a automatic reply to your order.
Possibly
you entered your e-mail incorrectly or it was lost in cyber space. Orders with
invalid e-mails will slow down processing your order or may
cancel your order.
Credit - Debit cards are not charged instantly, but manually through the "secure
server". Your card may be pre-authorized, but
you will not be charged until your order is ready to ship or special
order items have been placed for you.
If you are using a debit card and checking your bank
account online, you may see a pre-authorization charge. This
amount is used to verify the
charge and card details, this amount will disappear from the system
in about a week.
