Shipping to
another address other than the cardholders billing address?
With payment by
credit or debit cards. Due to the nature of
online transactions, it is not possible for us to perform
face to face verification of the information provided.
Shipping to the verified Billing Address is much safer. Shipping
to a different address or to someone else, we risk shipping
order fraudulently, resulting in loss of
product and charge back fees.
Shipping to the
cardholder at an alternate address will be shipped with
signature confirmation, which adds $3 to the shipping cost
by post.
($6 if by UPS) Be sure to use your cards billing
address when ordering. Billing address and card
verification number must match.
In order to ship your order to a different
address, we may ask for the card verification
number. This number is not captured when
you order, as most orders are being shipped to the
cardholder's billing address anyway and is not necessary to
gather more details than needed. If for some
reason we do need this number we will contact you before
processing your card.
Avoid adding Signature
Confirmation: Add your alternate address to your card.
The address where you wish order shipped to. Contact your card issuing bank and add your alternate
shipping address. When ordering leave message and indicate
shipping to alternate cardholder's address, include the customer service telephone number on the back of your
card so we can confirm this information. U.S.
cards only.
Be sure to
leave a valid or active e-mail address when ordering.
If you do not receive your automated order reply by e-mail
shortly after ordering, something is wrong with your e-mail
address. We will not process orders that ask us
to ship to an alternate address where the e-mail has
bounced.

reserves the right to refuse any order that seems
suspicious.
