At Elizabeth's we have a good
selection of yarns in our store.
Click catalog link above to take a look. The Catalog
offers items we have in stock or can get quickly. These items will go
into a different shopping cart as the Special Order Yarns. Leave
a message if you wish for us to combine your orders.
We offer the
entire line of yarns available by our suppliers, by special order.
Do not expect to receive these special yarns quickly, it takes time
to get yarns from the mills and distributors. We do this as a
service for those that want a specific yarn or color. Orders under $75 subject to small
order fee of $10.
Shipping shown when checking out is an estimate. Actual shipping
charge will be calculated to your address when yarn ships. Will use
the least expensive Shipping, generally this will be by parcel post. If
you require specific shipper leave a message when ordering. If you ask to ship to
yourself at another address other than the
cardholders billing address, you must enter your card verification number when
ordering Signature confirmation will be added at cost.

Special Order Yarn Sales are Final.
Payment must be made in advance for special order yarns.
Payment by credit/debit card, amount will be pre approved before we will
special order for you. Payment will be completed when yarn is
actually on its way to you. Yarns by Henry's Attic will be adjusted to
actual weight of the yarn at shipping.
When you order yarn,
you may leave a message or details regarding your order. Your
auto reply invoice you receive immediately after ordering will not indicate
any "messages" entered by you. If there is any question,
Elizabeth will contact via e-mail for clarification. Printed invoice
with complete details will be shipped with your order.
There is a minimum order that suppliers will fill an order,
see individual yarn pages for details. Orders must be
ordered by Full manufacturer put up (usually 10 skeins, same color) or
$100. Depending on your order we may have your yarn shipped
direct from the manufacturer or distributor.
Rush Order Requests: Order must be over $100, and from the
same yarn company, you will be assessed a $10 Rush Fee PLUS Cost
to Ship. This
helps defray the small order fee that manufacturers/distributors charge
our store for filling small orders. Your yarn order will be called
in by next business day. Elizabeth's Fiber & Yarn does not
have any control how long it takes for the Manufacturer or Yarn
Distributor to ship out. Usually they ship out within two
weeks if it is in stock. If back ordered will advise ASAP.
Backordered Yarn: Indicate when ordering if OK to wait
for backorder. Back orders can take
many months. It is always best
to have a second color choice selected when ordering. We will let you know
by e-mail as soon as we know if
any part of your order is back ordered. If your order
contains multiple colors or multiple bags, let us know if you wish for
us to ship order complete or if you wish for us to ship yarns as they
come in. Multiple shipments will incur additional shipping costs.
CANCEL ORDER If you decide later that your back order is taking too long and wish to
cancel. We will refund your payment, less 5% of
your total order, minimum $5. Yarn that has already been shipped
from us, the mill or distributor can not be cancelled, exchanged or
returned.
